The LC5100 Rugged Lunchbox Computer series is a slimmer and lighter version of the LC5000. It is designed to maximize both PC mobility and expansion slot capacity for high performance PC systems. It accommodates up to 7 full sized expansion cards and up to 4 exposed drives.

Measuring 17.5"(W) x 13.1"(H) x 9.6"(D) with a system weight of approximately 25 lbs., the LC5100 Portable Computer is ruggedly built. The roomy interior provides versatility to build customized systems to satisfy any requirement and application. Its durability results from the double wall construction with an ABS plastic shell that absorbs minor bumps without damage and a sturdy internal aluminum alloy chassis for rigidity.
