Lunchbox portable computers have

of a desk top computer with the portability of a laptop computer, providing
expansion slots, drive bays and a high resolution LCD display with an
integrated keyboard that snaps over the display to protect it while traveling. Popular mobile applications include streaming

full sized PCI or ISA expansion slots. The CCSI LC-2617-DO is a Dual
AMD Opteron™ CPU lunchbox style portable computer system with a 17” high
brightness TFT LCD display at 1280 X 1024 resolution.
Utilizing CCSI Thermally Correct™ designs and CCSI Wind Tunnel™
cooling technology, AMD Opteron 2000 processors and beyond are supported. An auto ranging 460 watt power supply is standard
and configurations are available with up to 16
Gb of Registered ECC DDR2 RAM and up to 3 removable
SCSI, SATA, or SAS hard drives, making it the ideal platform for high speed data
acquisition and sensitive data storage applications as well as a number
